This is my fifth year of NaNoWriMo, and I’ve picked up a few tricks that help me slog through each daily word count.
One time, I wrote 50k about laying pipe. Yeah, I thought I was funny.
I could have run myself into the ground, trying to write a novel in 30 days. Instead I didn't. Failure is usually a better teacher than success anyway.
