YOU ARE THE ADVICE COLUMNIST: How Do I Tell My Boyfriend That He's Gaining Weight?

I just wonder if I should bring it up gently because I know it's been a point of concern for him in the past.

My boyfriend and I have been together for about ten months, and I love him dearly. When we first started dating, he was larger than average but I had no issue with that. He's told me before about how he's struggled with his weight all his life and about a year before we met, he had lost over 60 pounds and was quite proud of that. I want to support him, and I know he's still concerned about his weight but typically we don't talk about it. Lately, I've noticed he's been gaining weight slowly and I wonder if this is something I should bring up or remain silent on. I love him either way, I wouldn't mind if he lost weight and I would still love him if he gained more. I just wonder if I should bring it up gently because I know it's been a point of concern for him in the past. How should I tell him this, if I should even tell him at all? I was thinking about just suggesting "healthier" activities such as walking around more and eating better to subtly help but I'm not sure if that's a good option either.
