You Are The Advice Columnist: I'm Being Iced Out At My Internship

Another part of me thinks she's being immature and if she wanted to fire me, she should have just done it by now instead of icing me out like a mean girl in high school.

I'm an intern and I've been having some trouble lately at work, with different things out of my control preventing me from being able to perform to my best ability. When I say out of my control, I mean I've been constantly sick, injured, had a family emergency, that kind of thing. My boss is tired of it and we had a conversation about it and I'm waiting on a meeting with HR that she said she was scheduling a week ago.
Since our talk, she's been keeping me out of things, uninvited me to a breakfast meeting, has meetings with the rest of the team but excludes me and doesn't speak to me unless I say something. Part of me thinks she's just mad about the situation and maybe it'll go back to normal soon. But then another part thinks she's being immature and if she wanted to fire me, she should have just done it by now instead of icing me out like a mean girl in high school.
I've been doing my best since our conversation and I feel as though I've been fulfilling my duties but I feel so uncomfortable in the office, I don't even want to go to office outings or talk to anyone. I have a feeling I'll be fired so I've been looking for other work but in the mean time what should I do? Speak to my boss and tell her I feel uncomfortable, or just deal with it until the inevitable happens?
