[Here is the first installment of the revolutionary xoJane advice column, where it's your job to guide each other. And where I will always look forward to seeing you strong-minded and wise commenters totally disagreeing amongst yourselves (as you do so well) about what the right advice actually is. Also, send YOUR current problem to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get others to help you out. No dilemma is too big or too small for me to want to (co-dependently) get you help for it. We will make the question anonymous or not, your choice. We won't laugh at any of them. Now help this girl, please. --Jane]
Someone at work gave me a bag of her old clothes a while ago and a bunch of the pants had period stains in them.
I thought maybe she didn't notice. What's weird is that she keeps bringing in more clothes to give me, some that are really nice, and every third or so piece of clothing has a period stain. Slacks, dresses, skirts, shorts. To make matters WORSE she started asking me about the clothes, why I hadn't worn certain things she had given me etc. At a certain point it really felt as though she was getting rid of her period clothes by giving them to me.
How do I tell her that I don't want any more of her (bloody) hand-me-downs?
