THE BEST BREAST CANCER AWARENESS BEAUTY LIST EVER!

Today Cat looked at the calendar and determined that yes, it's October and, no we haven't created the obligatory Breast Cancer Awareness beauty list that all important women's mags and sites must do to stay respectable. We wouldn't want to lose any of our perks like car service and someone to carry us down flights of stairs so we don't have to take the elevator with the plebs from ad sales.

So, I’ve narrowed the overwhelming mass of pink products in stores down to four favorites you’ll want to get your hands on before November 1st.

When it comes to BCA beauty, I don't stand for any bullsh*t. Loads of products pack a pink ribbon during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but only the best earn a spot on the xoJane Breast Cancer Awareness Beauty list. So how do I decide which ones make the cut? Each item needs to first be gorgeous and effective and second, donate at least 20 percent of proceeds or $10 from each purchase to a reputable Breast Cancer charity.

  • Smashbox O-Gloss, $22: This sexy little lip gloss reacts with your natural lip color to create a custom glossy flush that's all your own. AND 100% of proceeds will go to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.

  • Diptyque rose candle, $32: I'm always looking for a reason to spend money on ultra-chic candles from Diptique and BCA is the perfect excuse. 20% of proceeds from this gorgeous rose-scented candle will go to The Pink Agenda.

  • Clinique BCA Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion, $38: $10 from each purchase of this cult-favorite lightweight hydrator go to The Breast Cancer Research Fund, and it comes with a seriously cute keychain.

  • Philosophy Shower For The Cure, $20: This 3-in-1 bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo features a light citrus scent and a milky moisturizing consistency. Best of all, 100% of the net proceeds will go to the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Women's Cancer Research Fund.
