My sister Victoria sometimes tells me I'm "such a Gemini." My beloved college roommate Jane used to yell at me that I'm "such an older sister." One of my oldest friends, Taylor, said I am "… a Chloe Sevïgny look-alike who won’t be taking her clothes off for Terry Richardson anytime soon. Madeline is one to always find an animal on the loose at a party. She can balance her martini glass in one hand, and carry on a highly intellectual conversation amidst her hectic, crazed search for that bestial adoration." And she meant animal in the literal sense. My drink is a dirty vodka martini, btw.

What I Do, Fun-wise: Cook vegetarian meals, especially soups with coconut milk bases; Dance at bars, hotels, and openings with my friends, where I hustle for free drinks and befriend psychics who are bouncers as their night jobs; Dig for sartorial treasures and blow my paycheck at Housing Works, Goodwill, sample sales, and rural flea markets in Pennsylvania.
