"Okay. So over the past few weeks I've been in the middle of pursuing a new job. Since the beginning of the interview process, I've had five interviews -- FIVE -- for the same position. I feel that they all went well, and I made a great impression on my potential employers. After my final follow-up thank you note to my interviewers, the head honcho said he would be in touch with me within a week with their final decision. Well folks, it's been a week. Nothing. I really want to follow up and ask, without sounding annoying, but should I? I mean, if it was one or two interviews, I might have let it go. Should I call/email to follow up, or just leave it and assume I've been rejected?"
