What is a time of joy for many women was my darkest hour.
I take too many supplements. It is a ritual. It is a task that is so ridiculous as to be one that I always fail at. Who can take 50 supplements a night? Not this lady. I mean, I have, but it's like a project. At a certain point, I feel like puking up vitamin guts after the second or third fish oil knowhatImean?
So I've narrowed down the ones that I keep coming back to again and again:
- St. John's Wort
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Coconut Oil
- 5 HTP
- Grapeseed Extract
- Vitamin D
- Prime Rose Oil
- Milk Thistle
- Omega 3.6.9/Krill Oil
- Coenzyme Q10
Ugh, it's too long. Still. What works for you? What doesn't work? Any brands you like in particular? I like Nature Made OK, but there are probably better ones. What do you swear by? Do you think it's all bunk? Seeing such a visible different in my mood and skin when I take them regularly it's hard to believe they're total placebo effect, but it's also hard to know what really does work the best. Help?
