Hi Julie,

I'm moving in with my boyfriend in August, which is crazy... an xoJane post idea? Cute lounge clothes to wear at home when you're trying to look semi-decent? Boy-meets-girl skin and beauty items that both genders can use??Anyway, how are YOU? I hope all is well! xo, Chloe

A heated loungewear debate erupted in the office after watching "Girls" on Sunday. Shoshanna's pink velour tracksuit was clearly supposed to convey how uncool she is in comparison to bohemian Jessa -- and it worked. Although I say head-to-toe velour has been gone almost long enough to make a comeback.

Dressing at home can lead to really bad decisions -- too-sexy teddy's, college sweats or anything from the ex archives. To me, the best loungewear is simple, airy and washable; bonus points for anything wearable for everyday. I'm all about pajamas in public paired with stronger pieces like leather skinnies and beat-up boots, especially in warm weather.

J Crew Vintage Pajama Set, $78: I love this clean, classic pajama set and would totally wear both the top and bottom outside of the apartment.

Topshop Kimono, $140: Throw this robe over a pair of shorts and a tank for around the house or layer it over a little dress for a night out.

Old Navy Lounge Shorts, $8: There's no reason to spend on boxers when there are so many cute, flattering inexpensive ones like these.

Aerie Embroidered Tank, $40: This tank looks really delicate, but it's actually machine washable. It works with everything from leggings and little shorts to worn-in jeans and skirts.

Old Navy Lounge Shorts, $7: Another pair of cheap, comfy shorts that you don't have to feel guilty about only wearing at home.

Topshop Star Teddy, $36: Perfect for a lazy HBO on the couch marathon or weekend errands topped with a denim jacket and flats.

As for beauty products that you can both use, I love Malin + Goetz. Everything they make is sensitive skin approved without looking frumpy or clinical. I'm especially obsessed with their Eucalyptus Body Wash and Dark Rum Candle (not cheap, but so worth the cash).

What do you wear at home? Does having a significant other around affect how you dress? What's your favorite awful loungewear item? Emily wears penguin footie pajamas, so don't hold back!
