I basically called my mom for help. Except when I say mom, I mean an esthetician.
Multitasking is overrated. Somewhere in the late 20th century, we got the idea that we should put that we're good at it on our resumes and that employers would be like, "YES, I need someone who can simultaneously juggle both Excel sheets and literal juggling. Welcome to the team, Director of Circus Accounting!"
In actuality, multitasking is HAZARDOUS and STUPID. Texting and driving? Having sex while watching TV? Blowdrying your hair in the bathtub? All forms of multitasking, and all bad ideas.
Multitasking is best left to inanimate objects; specifically beauty stuff. A product that I can use as foundation AND a mouthwash? SIGN ME UP! (But you won't catch me applying foundation and swishing mouthwash at the same time--multitasking no-no.)
Desert Essence Relief Spray is the most impressive multitasker I've stumbled upon in a while. (I was probably stumbling while multitasking.)
At first, I was like, "'Relief Spray'? WTF is that, DesE?" (That's what I call Desert Essence.) "That's vague."
Then I turned the bottle over and found that its blend of tea tree oil, witch hazel, rosemary, chamomile and other botanical stuff can be used on scrapes, sunburns, bug bites, and tired feet. TIRED FEET.
Also: "Ideal for post-manicure treatment." What?! I don't even know what that means, but GREAT!
So basically, if it hurts or you just painted it, SPRAY THIS ON IT. Not in your eyes though. You will need relief from the Relief Spray if you spray it in your eyes.
Anyway, that's just one multitasker out there. So, today's Quick Question: What's your favorite multitasking product?
