Coconut oil doesn't count.

I can think of no more than 10 beauty items--at the most--that I've repurchased over the past few years. If that sounds weird to you, let me explain...

First, I got a late start in the beauty game--I I bought my first lipstick in college. Second, I am mostly drawn to things that are shiny and new. I get bored easily and I hate spending money on the same thing twice. Finally, I do get products sent to me from time to time, as well as a regular stream of new products from monthly beauty subscriptions, so I can barely finish an old tube of mascara before I suddenly have three more (#beautywriterproblems).

Occasionally, though, I fall in love with something that I just can't live without. That's how I came to know and love these seven little gems.

1. Kiehl's Superbly Efficient Antiperspirant & Deodorant Cream

This is the most expensive deodorant that I've ever purchased, hands down, but it's worth it. I alternate using another natural deodorant to conserve my precious Kiehl's. I've only had to replace it once over the past year or so. It's unscented and, like the name promises, superbly efficient. Plus, the packaging is just so darn pleasant.

2. Pretty Nails Non-Acetone Instant Polish Remover

For so long I hated wearing nail polish, because of the nail-wrecking process of removing it. But this product brought me back. It's super affordable and it removes nail polish instantly and smoothly.

3. Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Black

After I received this eyeliner as a Christmas gift from my sister, I refused to use any other eyeliner ever again. Then, of course, I lost it. I was really bummed but still didn't want to pay the $20 to replace it. Lucky for me, Stila had a sale and I snatched one up for $15. We've been happy together ever since. It's easy to use and it doesn't dry up in the tube or smear on my face.

4. Cover Girl Waterproof Lash Blast Volume Mascara

I've tried so many mascaras from so many brands. This one--in an ugly orange tube--is my favorite. It's the only one that lengthens and thickens my lashes without any clumping, flakes, or smears. I'm so committed that I've stopped buying other mascaras to try when this one runs out. I've found "the one"!

5. Stridex Acne Pads

I've written about these before. They're the fastest, cheapest way to keep my skin looking good. I repurchase a jar as soon as one runs out.

6. Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm

I love most of Revlon's lipstick offerings, but the new Matte Balms are probably my favorite. Striking and Standout have become my go-to picks for when I want a red lip. Striking is a bright, warm, almost orangey red, while Standout is a cooler, darker, blue-based red. I like them for their long wear and easy application. They also have a nice peppermint scent and a great price tag.

7. Caswell-Massey Lilac Signature Perfume

This is my favorite lilac perfume. Light and natural, it was my signature scent for a long time. My sister gave me my first bottle and I've replaced it two or three times since then. Sadly, I can no longer find it on their site so I think it has been discontinued. I'm surprised at how bummed I am.

Honorable Mention

There are a few other items that almost made the cut, but couldn't be included for various reasons. Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish is my all-time favorite shower product--it smells so good and does wonders for my skin. Lush Skin's Shangri La has become my favorite moisturizer, but it's so pricey that I'm waiting until winter (when I really need it) to replace it for the first time. Oh, and I'm always buying more coconut oil for a variety of beauty needs.

Your turn! What beauty products have you loved enough to repurchase over and over again?
