Bangs, fringe, breakage — whatever you call it, it'll fit in some butterfly clips.
The line is broken up into three categories so there's something for everyone: moisturizing, volumizing, and one clarifying product standing alone (more on that later). They all have yummy fruity fragrances and can be found at Target stores and online. Here's how they worked for me after a few weeks of use.
Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner ($10 Each)
The Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner are infused with a honey apricot fragrance. I can be picky about fragrances, but I think this one smells amazing.
Right off the bat, my favorite thing about these products was definitely the packaging. I wish every shampoo and conditioner came with a pump. It just makes my life so much easier.
As for their efficacy, I found that the shampoo cleaned my hair without stripping it or drying it out, and the conditioner was thick and luxurious.
Volume Shampoo and Conditioner ($10 Each)
I didn't love the kiwi fragrance of these two products as much as the honey apricot. That's OK, though, since my hair doesn't have a huge need for volume anyway. These are a good option for those who do want some extra bounce added to their hair.
Root Cleansing Shampoo ($10) and Moisture Hair Mask ($12)
I really love that they included these two products in the line. They're the big guns for when you need a little something extra.
The Moisture Hair Mask also has that delicious honey apricot fragrance. It's not the thickest conditioning mask that I've ever used (I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to thick hair masks), but it still did an excellent job at giving my hair some extra hydration. And I appreciate that even though it doesn't have a pump, it at least didn't come in a horrible tub with a twist-off top.
The Root Cleansing Shampoo is the sole clarifying product in the line. It has a strawberry-ginger fragrance that is definitely not for me, but other people I asked said they liked it. Fragrance is such a personal thing.
That said, I use this shampoo once every week or two. In addition to the handy pump, I love it because it excels at removing buildup on my roots and scalp. Sometimes you just need a really deep cleanse, and I'm not into juicing so this shampoo gives me that satisfied feeling.
Here's what my hair looks like after using these products for a few weeks. I mostly used the Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner, with a few rounds of the Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner in between, but I also tried the hair mask and root cleansing shampoo several times.
Taking into account the fact that my hair in this photo is only partially air-dried, free of styling products, and in need of a trim, I'm pretty happy with it. My hair looks shiny, bouncy, and healthy.
