This One Stumped Me -- Is There a Polite Way to Tell a Girl Her Vagina Smells?

My friend B is head-over-heels for his new girlfriend, but says her "v" smells kind of rank. What should he do?

Since Cat is always complaining about her friends asking her beauty questions and I'm constantly getting weird sex questions, I feel like maybe the two of us should have a "Freaky Friday" in which she has to sit at my desk and cruise Craigslist in between organizing our invoices while I play with makeup at her house. And in the end we both learn a little bit about each other, but more importantly, ourselves.

Except getting weird sex questions, is actually pretty awesome -- they always start with "Hey Emily..." and then proceed to get super effed up. Like my poor friend B, who tells me he's crazy in love with a girl he's been seeing for 4 months, but not in love with her stinky vagina. I'll let him tell you:

Tough one, right? Here's the rest of the information I have: She's a virgin, and pretty self-conscious about sex already. It didn't stink the first time he went down there, but it has every time since, even after he tried the ol "sexy shower" trick and washed her thoroughly. She's from a European country that as far as I know does not famously produce women who are stinky of vagina. He says she is overall a super clean, pretty-smelling person.

And he's at a total loss! I have a few ideas, but such a complicated issue could surely benefit from the collective wisdom of you xoJaners. And maybe I should call Dr. O as well?
