And now for some reality: Yes, all black people experience racism.
My manager asked me to stop pursuing justice for what happened because his friend needed her job. I felt like if she truly valued her job, she wouldn’t have treated a black customer differently for her race.

Making jokes at the expense of others is something I’m very ashamed of.

When does the labeling stop? I ask myself that question all the time. What mold should I fit in because I have five kids?
