This week, I'll tell you a bit about our bizarre editorial process.

Ocassionally we even work in the clubhouse, like I am here with Acting Fashion and Beauty Director, Abby.

Here at xoJane, we really truly love each other -- and coming to work can be a lot like hanging out with your college roommates. Picture this: Me sitting on the floor, Olivia lounging on the couch, Emily painting her nails, and Mandy feverishly replying to one of her 5 gazillion Twitter followers. There's lots of laughing, a plethora of filthy inside jokes, and sometimes a puzzled Say Media sales person who happens to overhear us and pops her head in. The next thing that happens is we do our best to explain that weird joke.

So, to recap: We come to work. We act like ourselves. We do our thing. xoJane grows. (There are now like 4 million of you here every month. Yay, you!). It works, mostly, except when it doesn't, and that's a big part of why I don't force anyone to write anything that they don't feel inclined to write about.
