I always had problems with depression and anxiety which totally sucks. Now finally I work a job I love but I get colds and other little pet peeves all the time. It's so annoying. I also often have 14 hour shifts, which don't leave a lot of time for other activities. I decided I really want to change myself for being healthier. The problem is I have no clue where to start. I'm not super unhealthy. I do a little bit of sports, a little bit of meditation (okay rarely) and even drink lots of water. I just feel overwhelmed. Like I just bought fluoride free toothpaste and I realised in the supermarket that all my cleaning stuff is probably pretty unhealthy. I also don't really eat well because I can't warm up food at work and the nearest food place is a 20 minutes drive away McDonalds. Damn I need to steep up my food game. I start with one thing but there are sooo many more. I want an older sister like Louise to tell me how to get all natural. Or a checklist. Or a blog. Or something that breaks it down for me in little steps!!
