Artist's rendering of how nuts-o I am for perfumes! Clockwise from top-left: A Beautiful Life Brands' 'POP' Eau de Parfum, Guerlain's L'Instant de Guerlain, Lush's 25:43.

I'm crazy for fragrance. OK, I'm crazy for beauty in general. (And maybe just crazy, period. Whatever! Werk!) Get me talkin' about fragrance, or skincare or lipstick, and I will rattle on forever until you roll your eyes disgustedly and wander off to find someone else to talk to. Maybe there are people who find my selected passion boring but I simply love it, and y'all can deal.

I know I've mentioned before how much I wish I could be that kind of girl with a signature scent but HA! NOT GONNA HAPPEN! I tried, it didn't work. I am a bad bitch and I need a fragrance wardrobe, thank you very kindly. Herewith, three perfumes from my collection that are in heavy spritzing rotation.

1. A Beautiful Life Brands' POP ($52, abeautifullife.com)

This perfume is so fresh and zesty, with notes of ginger and white peach. It smells like you were strolling through an orchard of peach trees on a warm day and then decided to crack open a can of Santa Cruz ginger ale. It's seriously unique, which is rare in the world of perfume.

2. Guerlain's L'Instant de Guerlain ($74 - $118, sephora.com)

This is the perfume I wear when I want to feel like a very expensive French prostitute. I mean that in a classy way! This is a classy perfume! It's Guerlain, guys! It has amber notes that are deep and warm without being cloying or choking-ly heavy, with a nice floral lightness to it too that says, "Excuse you, I am a lady!" Do I sound like I know what I'm talking about? I think so.

 3. Lush's 25:43 ($14.95 - $39.95, lush.com)

I really love the story behind this perfume. From Lush's website:  "LUSH inventor and co-founder Mark Constantine created this perfume especially for his son Simon on his wedding day. Simon’s bride wore this fresh and citrusy perfume down the aisle, and it captured the moment beautifully with notes of tonka and lime accord. Simon (not one to be bested by his Dad) later added notes of lemongrass, vanilla, ylang ylang and listsea to round out the already light and clean essence of 25:43. Truly born of a romantic notion, share this perfume with your partner to create your own scented memories!"

It's citrus-y and warm, sexy and sweet. I can't stop sniffing myself when I'm wearing it and then consequently exclaiming, "Damn, girl!" to no one in particular.

Now tell me, what perfume are you wearing right now?
