A few days ago, I didn't know what to do with the pink roller I bought at Epcot; now, I'm an expert!

Since writing about the Visag'ge (would love if you commented below on how to actually pronounce that name) face roller, I've learned a little about the benefits of lymphatic face massages.

SUPPOSEDLY, massaging your face in repeated motions is great for lymphatic drainage, clearing congestion, and an overall healthier appearance.

For better results, roll the Visag'ge (or any other face roller...or your fingers) from the inside to the outside of the face, and say goodbye to puffy eyes and a drab complexion, and say hello to a tighter neck, well-defined jaw line, and chiseled cheek bones. For real. Kind of.

Hopefully you won't get a sinus infection from watching this like I did when I watched a video of a woman massaging her face. (It's like The Ring! Except a lot less terrifying.)

In the future, I'll get more of my face in frame for videos regarding my face.

OK, is your face tighter and brighter yet?!
