What I Do, Job-wise: Write. Act. Teach. Yoga.

What I Do, Fun-wise: Sing old-school showtunes and imagine myself to be a fancy burlesque dancer.  Say the word "fancy" like I am from London (not Ohio). Do Anusara yoga. Drink diabolical amounts of Diet Coke. Eat peanut M&Ms.

My Motto: Imagination is more important than knowledge.

My Anti-Motto:  Live.Love.Laugh.  Whenever I see little placards with that, I cringe and resist the urge to throw up. Please. You can do better than that!

The First Movie Star I Ever Had A Crush On: Bo Duke a.k.a. John Schneider from Dukes of Hazzard fame. Lying on the floor watching TV with my sisters, I, age 8, covered my head with green Afgan blanket to hide the tears I shed when I realized the sad truth: he would never be mine.

My “celebs to make out with” list: Alan Cumming. He does TOO like girls. Sometimes. I think.

The Most Played Song On My iTunes: "What do you do with a B.A. in English?" from Avenue Q.  And Michael Buble.

Last Book I Read Without Skimming Any Parts: Spiritual Divorce by Debbie Ford. Three times, with copious notes. Aye, me.

My Most Worn Item of Clothing:  Black "Becca" yoga pants I got at on clearance at Marshall's one fine day seven years ago. I have never known their equal.

Beauty Products That I Hoard: Origins: A Perfect World and Make a Difference . Ah-mazing! Clinique Hi-Definition waterproof mascara. It's the *only* one that doesn't make me look like Jan Hooks playing Tammy Faye Baker.

I smell like: Sugarplums and fairies.
