Noel Duan

Noel Duan is a senior in Columbia College, Columbia University studying sociocultural anthropology and art history. She’s interned for Teen Vogue, Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Oyster, Town & Country, and Seventeen, where she learned how to fetch coffee from three different shops wearing Lanvin stilettos in 100°F weather—it taught her a lot about humility (and balance). She also blogs when she’s procrastinating from term papers on NoelDuan.com and MissCouturable.com. She is the co-founder and former editor in chief of Columbia University’s only fashion magazine, Hoot, which she is shamelessly plugging because she really believes in the talents of her fellow college students. Like all liberal arts majors who chose not to become investment bankers, she is looking for a job—and a futon. Twitter: @misscouturable
