I have always had a passion for storytelling. As a kid it might have been for the attention but I remember reading my story about aliens to the class and falling in love with capturing the audience. I am slowly learning to embrace my weirdness and have decided to attend grad. school to become a sex educator since sex, body issues, gender and social justice are my passions. After being known as the “girl with the sex blog” at a small college (it wasn’t even a sex blog btw) I find this extremely humorous.
What I Do, Job-wise: Currently going through a quarter-life crisis, finding temp. work and freelance writing while focusing on going back to grad. school for human sexuality.
What I Do, Fun-wise: I take boxing, zumba, yoga, I’ve tried pole fitness (basically anything that doesn’t involve staring at the wall for an hour burning calories), I cook, watch lots of brain-numbing television, read, play with my dogs, sext, try new beers, watch violent foreign films, watch any films actually, make vulgar jokes,
My Motto: Even our biggest weaknesses can become our strengths.
My Anti-Motto: Act like a lady (I’m simply not a lady)
The First Movie Star I Ever Had A Crush On: Leonardo DiCaprio
My “celebs to make out with” list: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Emma Stone, Anna Kendrick, John Gallagher Jr. and of course Ryan Gosling (or whatever he pleases)
The Most Played Song On My iTunes: Konstantine by Something Corporate or Vienna by Billy Joel (my iTunes wouldn’t work)
Last Book I Read Without Skimming Any Parts: The Fault in Our Stars
My Most Worn Item of Clothing: Philadelphia Eagles sports bra from VS Beauty
Products That I Hoard: Chapstick, eyeliner, mascara
I smell like: Dove body wash, whatever I've been cooking, "booze" as my mother likes to tell me the morning after, and Burberry Body perfume. (But really it is usually sweat and the gym sadly).
I Have Faked An Orgasm (Yes/No): Yes--I hate making people sad but I’m desperately trying to break that habit so when I pass a man on, he’s better for the next woman. I would also like to climax more so…that’s a habit I need to break.
I made this website to tell my own personal story and share the story of others to create awareness for eating disorders. I realize it isn’t fabulous but it was my first website and I did create the videos and the message means more to me than anything!
