Kaneisha Grayson grew up in the barrio of Dove Springs in Austin, Texas and spent the next 10 years bouncing around the world. She has an MBA and MPA from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, and now lives in Austin where she runs an admissions consulting company called The Art of Applying.
