Cara is a writer and life coach (yes, seriously) from New York City. Her blog, The Champagne Diaries, has been profiled in Glamour, Shape, Daily Mail UK, Cosmo South Africa, as well as a bunch of other international publications. Among random facts, Cara got married at the top of the Empire State Building and her wedding was featured in the NY Daily News. She also possesses an embarrassingly extensive knowledge of obscure 80's music, and is very fond of red wine. Cara works at MTV Networks and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and strangely human-esque Shih Tuz, Yoshi.
